  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Color variations due to lighting or display settings are not considered defects.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns after inspection by our quality team.

  • Refunds are processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer within 5โ€“7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping and advance payment charges are non-refundable.

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at contact@sparrkles.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Share your order number, item name, and issue details.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return procedure and address confirmation.

  4. Once approved, you may be asked to send the parcel back to our return address.


โš ๏ธ Important Notes

  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels after dispatch.

  • Please ensure you record a short parcel-opening video to claim any damage or missing item.
